Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations Before Service Begins a. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund. b. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the service may receive a 50% refund or credit towards a future service in the full amount. c. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. 2. Cancellations After Service Has Started a. Once work has begun (e.g., resume review, coaching session, document drafting), refunds are generally not available. b. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss possible revisions or adjustments. 3. Rescheduling a. You may reschedule once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance. b. Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) may incur a rescheduling fee or be treated as a cancellation. 4. Refund Processing a. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
